Prices and payment
Each item is listed with price including VAT as standard. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.
Soyafilm is based in Sweden, which is a member of the EU. Therefore, you may be charged customs and VAT (not by us) if you order to a country outside the EU, therefore the total final amount may be different.
Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.
Shipping terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.
What can you expect from pre-cut products? Our solar films fit 99.9% of all thousands of windows for cars.
Here comes clarification and expectation of the term ready-cut used in product texts.
A pre-cut solar film for cars is cut according to the outer shape of the glass and so that there will be no light leaks into the car when the film is installed.
Sometimes you may still need to cut/adjust (knife included in most packages) for the solar film to fit better, despite this we use the term pre-cut.
To install pre-cut solar film purchased from us, you must follow the installation instructions before installing the solar film. It says there to put the film on the outside of the glass to check the fit, cut / adjust if necessary. What may need to be adjusted varies between different car models and that is something we cannot say in advance. In cases where you need to adjust, it is usually sufficient to cut along one edge of the solar film. On pre-cut windshield boards, it is often necessary to cut out the rear-view mirror and other things that sit on the upper edge of the windshield. On rear side windows of estate cars, you may need to adjust for alarms, antenna sensors and other equipment that is mounted on the glass.
Why should I need to adjust? The answer is our films fit 99.9% of all thousands of windows for cars without having to be cut. But sometimes car manufacturers have made a small adjustment in the glass or the body where it can differ by 1mm or up to 5mm even though it is the same car model, which can affect the fit of the solar film as the templates are taken from the same car. Sometimes panes have been replaced, e.g. due to glass damage or an accident, as it is not always original glass, the fit of the solar film may therefore be somewhat different than before.
In any case, if you have access to a knife, it's no problem and should it turn out that the solar film from us is too small and doesn't fit at all, we will of course arrange a new solar film when you email pictures that prove the fit. You also have to remember that after all, you save money with pre-cut solar film that fits 99.9%, as you don't need as much film as if you were to buy solar film on a roll and you avoid cutting damage to the glass.

We will send parcels with Posten and DHL within 1-4 working days. Other shipping companies can also be used if needed.
Shipping costs may vary depending on which country the item is to be shipped to.
For campaigns with free shipping this applies in Sweden, except for free shipping may apply to certain products.
Shipping costs are automatically recalculated at checkout depending on weight, volume and size.
Shipping fees to other EU countries and Norway are added due to more expensive shipping costs and other handling.
Most deliveries, depending on order value, are traceable at posten.se, posten.no and DHL.se. If any package is damaged on delivery, it is important that you as a customer contact us before you pick up the package so that we can resolve it with the shipping company. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and size and are automatically displayed at checkout.
If a parcel is sent as "DHL PACKAGE" to your company and you or the company is not in place at the delivery time, SEK 300 is charged as a fee. This fee cannot be negotiated away as we ourselves are billed this by DHL.
You are responsible for ensuring that delivery addresses and information are correctly filled in when ordering. If address information is incorrectly stated, it can incur extra costs via the carrier and we in these cases incur 200SEK to be paid by the customer.
Soyafilm.se is not responsible for Posten / DHL delivery times if for any reason they deviate p.g.a. weather conditions, land correspondence, incorrect handling of Posten / DHL etc. To get more information about Posten / DHL delivery times we recommend that you go to their website.
If you do not receive information about the delivery, you have a responsibility to contact us to receive that information within 2-3 days after you place your order. Depending on the delivery method, it takes between 10-14 days you have to pick up the package at the correct service point. You may have received e-mail in the trash, or entered the wrong address information or phone number, so it is important that you enter the correct information to avoid costs.
Your order is binding regardless of circumstances.
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) normally applies for 14 days.
In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement applies to a specially manufactured non-stocked item or item that has a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we have provided information.
The right of withdrawal and the right of return do not apply to specially made / custom-ordered / cut goods such as pre-cut solar film and other protective films, etc. "Made To Order".
The right of withdrawal and the right of return also do NOT apply to rolls, sheets, test pieces of protective films / vinyls in various sizes, as these are cut from larger rolls as desired.
The right of withdrawal and the right of return do not apply to the degree of fading, optical clarity, color, surface structure or the like were not as expected. If you are uncertain about how the different materials feel and look, we recommend that you buy test pieces first.
The right of withdrawal and the right of return does NOT apply if any finished cut / cut product needs to be cleaned or adjusted.
The right of withdrawal and the right of return do NOT apply to SALE products or products at promotional prices.
The right of withdrawal and the right of return do NOT apply to goods that are order goods and non-stocked goods.
The right of withdrawal and the right of return do NOT apply if the delivery time is delayed, which we consider reasonable time.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.
Warranties and service
1) Soyafilm removable solar film has lifetime warranty on color, cracking and cracking.

3) ProShield headlight film has lifetime warranty on color, cracking and crackling.
Lifetime warranty on items 1-3 above applies to orders made from 16/11/2018.
In order to get a life time guarantee, you must submit your registration number, on which the film is installed,
to us within 2 months after you made the purchase. The warranty is valid as long as you own the vehicle and
does not come with the next user if you sell the vehicle.
Solar Gard property solar film has a 3-year warranty on paint, cracking and crackling.
ProShield protective film has a 3-year warranty on paint, cracking and cracking.
We provide a 6 month warranty on other products as standard unless otherwise stated.
The guarantees apply to the correct handling of the goods.
Private Policy / GDPR
When you place your order with us, you state your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. You have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you according to the Personal Data Act. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. If so, contact us via email. When paying with Visa or Mastercard, payment is made via encrypted secure page. We do not save any card details or the like.
On 25/5-2018, the new data protection regulation GDPR came into force throughout the EU and replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act PUL.
GDPR places higher demands on how we as a company collect and process your personal data in order for you as a customer to have stronger protection and better opportunities to influence our handling.
It is important for us at K Worldwide Production AB / Soyafilm.se that you as a customer and user feel confident in how we handle your personal data.
We store information that is relevant to you as a customer in order to receive the best possible service as well as information in order to further develop our range and offers.
For you who buy from us, the change will not make a major difference to how we previously worked and we welcome this step to ensure that everyone's information is protected as much as possible.
The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If a product has different delivery time, it is stated at the respective product. Normally we have 2 working days delivery time, when ordering customized goods the delivery time can be an extra day. The delivery time starts counting from the next weekday when the order was placed.
Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fees and handling fees, currently SEK 300. If you want your custom made / cut to be sent again, an additional 150 SEK will be added in shipping (within Sweden, other fees apply to other countries).
Refunds are NOT made for specially made / custom-ordered / cut goods such as pre-cut solar film and other protective films etc. that are returned, but can of course be sent back to you again if you missed the pickup (More info under Undo rights and Returns).
It is the buyer's responsibility to retrieve the package within the specified time. Collision and tracking information is provided by us.
NOTE: ALL returns must be approved by us first in writing via email or our contact form! If you have not received approval for something to be returned, the return will NOT be accepted.
Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by postage. At the exchange, we pay the new freight from us to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping from you to us. Returns must always be approved by us before this is done. Unauthorized returns will not be collected and will automatically be returned to you.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal,
in the case of an item: send or return it to us
in the case of a service: keep the material available to us, if it does not cause any inconvenience to you.
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the message that you have regretted. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement goods.

ALL complaints must be made to us in writing via e-mail or our contact form.
If there is a defect in the product, this should ALWAYS be confirmed with pictures if possible.
In the event of a complaint, the buyer has a responsibility to provide information to the extent that we need to be able to
resolve the matter in the best possible way.
We do not approve the return of a defective item until everything has been approved by us first.
We do everything we can to ensure that our pre-cut and adapted protective films have as good a fit as possible. But unfortunately so
can it ever go wrong. If the film should need to be trimmed or adjusted to get the right fit, no complaint applies.
If there are large errors or the wrong model, it is possible that we arrange a new film that fits better, but if it is not possible with a better fit, it can be solved with
new film by the meter and tools to customize it yourself. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time when the product has been received and the defect has been discovered.
As a rule, within 1 month when you have received the product and assembled, you must have a notification about defective goods such as a fit, etc., within
this time it is expected to have fitted protective films and the like. Complaints do not apply to incorrect handling of a product, correct handling is only assessed by Soyafilm. You have a responsibility to handle the product correctly and follow the installation instructions that apply to the specific product you purchased. Soyafilm is not responsible for the quality of the end result with a product as this depends on the user. When receiving the product, you must check the label on the product so that it corresponds with what you bought, if you discover / suspect that a product is completely wrong or do not understand how to use the products, contact us first before using the product, if it is used / assembled nevertheless, there is no complaint, return, exchange or refund. Advertising with errors of minor significance does not apply, this is only assessed by Soyafilm. Reimbursement due to the above does not primarily apply, but each complaint is tried and assessed after each case.
Cancellation / Change of order
Cancellation / cancellation / change of ordered items is usually not possible once you have completed the order, all orders are binding.
You are responsible for checking the shopping cart / cash register before executing orders that all goods and quantities there are what you want and are correct.
Laws and regulations
We urge everyone to abide by the laws and regulations that exist in the applicable countries where our products are used.

We reserve the right to refuse purchases where pricing has been incorrect for any reason or to refuse purchases for errors in our webshop. We cooperate with the legitimate authorities and in the unauthorized use of the webshop, images and text and such things will come into force where legal action will be taken.
Soyafilm.se is not responsible for Posten's (or other carriers used by us) delivery times if for any reason they deviate p.g.a. weather conditions, land correspondence, incorrect handling of carriers etc. To get more info about carriers' delivery times we recommend that you go to their website or contact us.
It is important that you fill in the correct information at checkout and choose the right item. Soyafilm is based in Sweden. When you order to a country outside the EU, customs and VAT may be added as an expense for you, it is not Soyafilm that charges for this, but it is the customs office in the recipient country or their partner. Within EU countries, there are no such extra fees. When you are at the checkout and selected country to deliver to outside the EU, the Swedish VAT is deducted automatically. If you are unsure of the fees that apply to imports to the country you want to order to, contact the customs office in your country. You must find out information about this yourself before ordering from us. Soyafilm is not responsible for any of these fees under any circumstances and is not responsible for these.We also reserve the right to change the way of delivery / delivery without notification when we think this is necessary due to varying supplier prices, or for any reason, but we shall deliver orders in a smooth and well-packaged way. On certain goods / orders where the product value is around 300: - or is of small weight and / or volume can therefore be sent as a postage without extra notification. All freight prices include handling, packaging and administration. Because we have a high load, manufacturing and packaging often take place very quickly in order to keep good delivery times.
